  • Use the preflight form for Managed A2P Desk, Rescue Review, and one-client A2P review requests so client evidence enters the correct intake workflow.

Fastest support path

  • For Managed A2P Desk or a one-client Rescue Review, use the preflight request form and include the client website, opt-in URL, privacy URL, terms URL, sample message, consent copy, and any rejection text.
  • For existing lead conversations, reply directly to the A2P Desk email notification or follow-up thread you received.
  • For product issues, include the workspace action you attempted, the client name, the route or report link involved, and screenshots when available.

Billing help

  • Managed A2P Desk and Rescue Review payments are manually confirmed through Stripe invoice or payment link before work starts.
  • Starter subscriptions and credit-pack checkout are handled through Stripe.
  • Signed-in agency owners can use the dashboard billing section to open the billing portal when a Stripe customer exists.
  • Do not email full card numbers or sensitive payment details. Use Stripe-hosted billing pages for payment-method changes.

Privacy and data requests

  • Signed-in agency owners and admins can create tracked access, correction, export, or deletion requests from the dashboard Trust & Data section.
  • If you cannot sign in, use this support path and include the agency workspace name and the email address associated with the account.
  • Some billing, audit, fraud-prevention, or security records may need to be retained even after a deletion request.

Security reports

  • Report suspected cross-tenant access, exposed evidence, webhook forgery, raw PII leakage, or billing authorization issues immediately.
  • Include the affected route, approximate time, browser, and a concise reproduction path.
  • Do not include unnecessary client PII or secrets in the first report.

HighLevel setup

  • A2P Desk supports HighLevel-oriented agency workflows for subaccount evidence, mapping, imports, and submission-pack preparation.
  • Provider installs and marketplace permissions depend on the HighLevel app review and authorization flow.
  • A2P Desk does not guarantee HighLevel, carrier, TCR, or messaging-provider approval.
