Terms for using A2P Desk.

These terms govern use of the A2P Desk website, workspace, scanner, intake links, evidence workflows, reports, billing flows, and founder-led preflight services.

Service scope

  • A2P Desk provides A2P 10DLC preflight workflow, evidence organization, scanner findings, draft remediation assistance, intake links, reports, and submission-pack preparation.
  • A2P Desk is not legal advice, carrier advice, telecom counsel, or an approval guarantee.
  • Agencies remain responsible for reviewing all outputs before using them with clients, carriers, messaging providers, CRMs, or registration portals.

Account responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate account, billing, agency, and client information.
  • You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for all activity under your workspace.
  • You must have permission to upload client data, evidence, screenshots, files, rejection text, and messaging examples.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use A2P Desk to support unlawful, deceptive, abusive, spam, phishing, high-risk, or prohibited messaging activity.
  • Do not upload malware, secrets, unnecessary sensitive documents, or evidence you are not authorized to process.
  • Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, access another agency's workspace, abuse intake links, or interfere with the service.

Billing and plans

  • Paid plans, checkout, credit packs, billing portal access, and subscription status are handled through Stripe.
  • Published pricing may include a free scanner, a Starter workspace, credit packs, managed desk services, or founder-led review offers.
  • Managed or founder-led review offers are preflight workflow services only. Any stated credit toward a first month applies only when that offer is active and accepted.

Outputs and reports

  • Scanner findings, AI-assisted drafts, reviewer notes, reports, and submission packs are informational workflow aids.
  • You are responsible for validating all client-facing copy, legal statements, evidence, opt-in language, sample messages, and provider-submission fields.
  • A2P Desk may change scanner rules as provider guidance and carrier expectations change.

Changes and support

  • A2P Desk may update these terms as the product, billing, or compliance environment changes.
  • Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
  • Questions, privacy requests, billing issues, and security reports can be submitted through the support page.
